The Mansfield Playhouse is looking for opportunities to partner with sponsors for our 2026-2027 season. As we proudly move into the next millennia as one of the oldest community theaters in the State of Ohio, we are thrilled to continue our legacy of storytelling, creativity, and community building with your help.
Our mission is “To provide a variety of affordable theatrical experiences on both sides of the curtain. We are dedicated to achieving the highest quality in all we do, enriching and educating our audiences and volunteers, and reaching beyond the walls of the Playhouse to embrace all elements of our community”.
What do you get for your sponsorship?
You will have exposure to audiences as they attend one of our 35 main stage, 10 Second Stage, and additional event performances during the 2026-2027 season. Additionally, your organization will be linked from the Mansfield Playhouse website with over 5300 page views per month over uniquely local traffic. Most importantly your financial assistance allows us to continue our mission and grow in building community through the experience of live theater. Your sponsorship helps cover production related expenses including royalties & licensing fees, costumes, set construction, educational materials, and much more.
As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, the Mansfield Playhouse is committed to fulfilling its mission to keep the experience of live theater available and affordable to all community members.
Tier 1: $5,000 Season Sponsor: Sponsorship of ALL 9 regular season productions!
- All Tier 1 benefits:
- Your choice of up to 30 seconds of video/commercial with audio or two 15 seconds videos, OR a FULL screen still ad in rotation (if you don’t have a ready made video) on our pre-show cinematic presentations
- Rotation of your company ad on all digital signage
- A link to your website of social media page on our website
- 40 ticket vouchers to use throughout the season. (Give them to your staff or even your customers!)
Tier 2: $2,500 Royalty Sponsor: Sponsorship of up to two productions of your choosing
- All Tier 2 benefits:
- Your choice of up to 15 seconds of video/commercial with audio. OR a FULL screen still ad in rotation (if you don’t have a ready made video) on our pre-show cinematic presentations
- Rotation of your company ad on all digital signage
- A link to your website of social media page on our website
- 24 ticket vouchers (12 to each sponsored production). Give them to your staff or even your customers!
Tier 3: $1,500 Production Sponsor: Sponsorship of one production of your choosing
- All Tier 3 benefits:
- A half screen still ad in rotation on our pre-show cinematic presentations
- Rotation of your company ad on all digital signage
- A link to your website of social media page on our website
- 12 ticket vouchers to the the show sponsored. (Give them to your staff or even your customers!)
Tier 4: $1,000 Artistic Director Sponsor: Sponsorship of one production of your choosing
- All Tier 4 benefits:
- A quarter page still ad on our pre-show cinematic presentations
- Rotation of your company ad on all digital signage
- 6 ticket vouchers to the show sponsored
Tier 5: $1,000 Stage Crew Sponsor: Sponsorship of one production
- All Tier 5 benefits:
- A one-eighth page full color ad on our pre-show cinematic presentations
- Rotation of your company ad on all digital signage
- 2 ticket vouchers to the show sponsored
